With Virgin Money Online (our word for internet Banking) you are in the power seat, because this is where you can manage you Virgin Money Credit Card online 24hours a day, seven days a week!

Before you start using the service you will need to register. Once you are sorted you can always just log in and get going!

1. Check the balance on your credit card account (and any future accounts you open with Virgin Money)
   
2. View an online statement - with up to three months of transaction history
   
3. Make changes to the personal details of your account
   
4. Transfer money out of your credit card to your nominated beneficiary (the account that you transfer the money to must be in the name of the credit card holder).

How to use it?

If you are using the Virgin Money Online service for the first time, you need to Register first.

Before you can register you will need to have your Virgin Money Credit Card PIN number to set up the service. Once you are registered, every time you want to use the service you can simply just Log in.

We have done everything in our power to make managing your money online as safe as possible. But because we know how it goes we’ve put together some tips that can really help you to be money smart on the web to avoid any nasty surprises!

1. Be smart by choosing a username and password that cannot be guessed easily and change these regularly
2. Always check that your computer software is up-to-date
3. Update your anti-virus and spyware programmes and perform regular system scans
4. Try to minimise accessing Virgin Money Online from Internet cafés
5. Check that the URL (that is the web address) in your browser is in fact the proper one
6. Check for the padlock in the lower right hand corner of your browser window (it indicates a secure site. You can click on this padlock to verify the authenticity of the site)
7. Never give your password to anyone on an email or over the telephone. Actually no one else should ever know it.
